Data privacy statement
I'm a licensed school counselor with a master's degree and a Pupil Personnel Services credential. I started creating school counseling resources in 2016, and today they are used by counselors across the country. I also host the School Counseling Simplified podcast.
Every resource in IMPACT is created by a licensed school counselor on our team. We organize everything by grade, topic and tier so your counselors have one curriculum to work from.

TIER 1
PK-8 lessons with curriculum maps and pre and post assessments.
TIER 2
Session-by-session group plans with progress monitoring and family communication.
TIER 3
Focused plans and tools for students who need more support.
Every license also includes data and progress monitoring tools, monthly professional development with certificates, a counselor community and new resources every month.
Each license grants 12 months of full access for one counselor. Licenses belong to the school or district and can be transferred if needed. The licenses do not renew automatically.

IMPACT fits Title IV-A (safe and healthy students, which names school counseling), Title I schoolwide programs, Title II-A for the professional development, and state school safety and student wellbeing funds. The funding guide shows how IMPACT fits each one.

Each school can have one School Team, which covers up to 3 counselors at that school. More than 3 counselors at one school? Add individual licenses to the School Team. For counselors at more than one school, district pricing starts at 5 licenses.
IMPACT is designed for PK-8 school counseling programs, with a smaller and growing high school collection.
No. Only counselor accounts exist (name, email, school). Counselors print and use the resources with students, and student data stays with your school. We are happy to sign your district's data privacy agreement.
Your school or district owns the license. Move it to the new counselor at any time.
No. School and district licenses never auto-renew. Before your term ends, we send a renewal estimate you can approve or ignore.
Yes. We can send a report showing how often your licensed counselors use IMPACT and how many resources they download.
