What is included with one annual license?
Each annual license gives one individual counselor access to the complete IMPACT curriculum platform, including 450+ research-based, data-driven, counselor-created resources, planning and data tools, ongoing professional development, new monthly additions, and the counselor community while access is active.
Is the curriculum research-based?
Yes. IMPACT is a research-based school counseling curriculum built around the ASCA National Model® and ASCA Student Standards. Many resources also support CASEL competencies, and administrators can review the organized curriculum before purchasing.
Does IMPACT include professional development?
Yes. IMPACT members receive monthly professional development that supports ongoing learning, curriculum implementation, and consistent practice across counseling teams. Professional development is included while the annual license is active.
What grade levels does IMPACT support?
IMPACT is built primarily for PK-8 school counseling programs. A small high-school collection is growing, but PK-8 is the primary scope of the curriculum today.
How is IMPACT aligned to school counseling standards?
IMPACT is a research-based curriculum aligned to national standards and built around the ASCA National Model® and ASCA Student Standards. Many resources also support CASEL competencies.
Can we review the curriculum before purchasing?
Yes. Administrators and counselors can browse the organized IMPACT curriculum platform by grade level, topic, tier, resource type, and season before making a purchasing decision.
Can we purchase licenses for several counselors?
Yes. Orders of 5-10 licenses receive a 7% volume discount, and orders of 11 or more licenses receive a 10% volume discount. A two-year purchase receives an additional 10% discount, while purchases of three to five years receive an additional 20%. Use the purchasing estimate on this page to calculate and document your total, then email us if you have any questions.
Can administrators review curriculum utilization?
Yes. Bright Futures Counseling can provide utilization reports showing how often licensed counselors access IMPACT and how many resources they download. These reports help schools and districts review adoption and curriculum use.
Can a license be reassigned when staffing changes?
Yes. The purchasing school or district owns its licenses. Each license covers one counselor at a time and is fully transferable, so it can be reassigned to another counselor whenever needed.
Do you accept purchase orders and school payment methods?
Yes. Purchase orders are accepted for annual access. Schools can also pay by ACH, credit card, check, or PayPal. This page includes the purchasing details, estimate tool, email support, and direct access to Bright Futures Counseling's W-9.
How do annual renewals work?
The standard annual plan is billed at $390 per counselor and renews annually. The next renewal can be canceled at any time.
