Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Bright Futures Counseling (operated by Thrive International LLC DBA Bright Futures Counseling, located at https://brightfutures-counseling.com/). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below, which varies depending on whether you purchased digital downloads (our primary products) or physical items (such as apparel like t-shirts).
1. Digital Products (PDFs, Downloadable Resources, Printables, etc.)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
- Accidental purchase
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues with your device/software
- Dissatisfaction with content
We gladly accept returns on physical items for the following reasons:
- The item is defective, damaged, or misprinted
- We sent the wrong item, size, or color
Eligibility Requirements:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size/color (our size charts are provided on each product page for your reference).
Process for Returns:
- Contact us at support@brightfutures-counseling.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return (including photos of any damage/defect if applicable).
- If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders) or instructions for international returns.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges: If you'd like a different size or color (for the same item), we can arrange an exchange subject to availability. You will be responsible for any difference in price or additional shipping costs.
- Any physical item that has been worn, washed, or used
- Personalized or custom-made items (if we offer them in the future)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
4. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For approved physical returns due to our error or defect, we cover return shipping.
- For any other returns (if approved on a case-by-case basis), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
