Students will learn the brain/body connection behind their anxiety, and how to prevent anxiety through problem-solving, grounding techniques, and calming tools. This group has a ton of fun and memorable activities to keep students engaged. Think charades, movement-based activities, and board games!

In addition, students will learn size of the problem and how to distinguish irrational fears from facts.
