Joining us for this episode is a special guest, Jessica Weinberg. Jessica is a member of IMPACT, my membership for school counselors. Today she shares about her journey as a school counselor and how she uses data tools in her own school counseling program.

Jessica has been an Elementary School Counselor for just over 2 years. Prior to that, she was a Special Education Instructional Aide and a Preschool teacher. Originally from Aurora, Colorado, she now lives in Salinas, California. In her free time, she likes to read, cook and exercise.
