One thing that counselors always ask me is how are they possibly going to squeeze in all the things they have to do. It can be incredibly overwhelming! But I have found a way that you can look at what needs to be done, streamline your day, and make the impact we know you can make!
Summer is the perfect time to step back and take a look at how you can be most effective next school year. One of my absolute favorite ways to do this is by doing a time audit that helps you identify where your time is spent and how you can use your time in the best ways possible. In this episode, I am sharing how you can use a time audit and a crisis response protocol to ensure that you are using your time in a way that allows you to work with more students and make the biggest impact that you can!
