Digital Products (Instant Download)
The vast majority of our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link, and your files will also be available in your account under Orders.
No shipping, handling, or waiting — your files are ready immediately.
All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads.
Physical Products (Apparel)
We occasionally offer physical merchandise, including counseling-themed apparel. Physical items are fulfilled and shipped by our print partner, Printify.
Shipping Times
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by standard shipping:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
Returns & Exchanges: Physical Items
We accept returns on physical items within 30 days of delivery when the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered (wrong item, size, or color). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Because our apparel is print-on-demand and made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size or color. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
For approved returns, we provide a prepaid return label for U.S. orders, or instructions for international returns. There are no restocking fees. Once we receive the item, we refund your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees), typically within 5 to 10 business days.
If you'd like a different size or color of the same item, we can arrange an exchange subject to availability. You are responsible for any difference in price or additional shipping costs.

Final Sale — Digital Resources
All items in our Digital Resources collection are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
