a life saving resource for teachers!

For that first week of school, without any hesitation this is your go-to activity. This resource has saved me so much energy and time for the rest of the school year. Getting my student to understand the difference between Tattling and Reporting gave them an opportunity to reflect on the things that happen around them, and it gave me the chance to deal only with the issues that matter the most.

I have been having issues with my fifth grade students tattling and trying to get peers in trouble. This was a great way to review the difference between reporting and tattling! The reading level of my students is significantly below grade level so this was a perfect reading level for them. It allowed my students to move and think for themselves and now I just reference the activity we did and remind them are they tattling or reporting. Highly Recommend as a review activity ( I paired it with a read aloud for younger students and then used this activity second to really emphasize the topic (given we have had many lessons on this already!).
