Week 4: Showing Kindness to Self
Students complete a scavenger hunt and sorting activity to identify ways they can treat themselves with kindness.
Week 5: Showing Kindness to the Community
Students select a random act of kindness to perform during the group session and debrief using a make-your-own discussion die.
Week 6: Reflect and Practice
Students review concepts with a matching game and identify, discuss, and show how they plan to practice kindness.
